Step-by-Step Wi-Fi Survey Preparation Checklist

 

1. Confirm the Survey Scope:

Before the survey date, align on:

o Which floors/areas are included (guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, clinics, meeting rooms, etc.)

o Target use cases (guest Wi-Fi, staff systems, VoIP, medical devices, IoT)

o Expected user density (normal vs peak conditions)

Tip: High-density zones should be clearly identified (ballrooms, waiting rooms, cafeterias, conference rooms).

 

2. Provide Accurate Floor Plans
